AGI Scotland CV Clinic

The sun is out, summer is almost here and the AGI Scotland career squad is waking up from a long hibernation – we are back!

It’s been almost four years since our very successful in person CV clinic event and this time round we are holding it virtually, supported by our ‘A-Team’ – a joint team of AGI-Scotland and Early Career Network committee members.

It is an inclusive event and open to anyone hoping to land a job in the geospatial sector or move up to the next level in their GIS career – so whether you are students, graduates, early career professionals or career changers you are all welcome.

The new normal has also changed the way we work and how we recruit. The interview now often takes place in your room – job seekers are now facing a new challenge and we are here to help you!

This will be an action-packed day to remember with two speakers (the details will follow- watch this space!), ice-breaker and networking session and one-to-one CV clinic sessions! Not an ordinary CV clinic where you get general advice, but very industry-specific advice you will get from our line-up of experienced GIS professionals.

This will be a pilot event that is limited to AGI Scotland members only and if successful, it is our aim to extend this event to a wider group or other parts of the UK in the future.

Taking place on Monday 6 June places are limited to 15, so make sure to book your place now! (Please do not send your CV to the AGI office – you will have a chance to share your CV with the reviewer on the day of the event).

Registration for this event is closed.
